The P7M10 shares recievers with the P7M13, but fires a .400 caliber bullet from the .40S&W cartridge, requiring a 12.64oz heavier slide. This results in a overall height identical to the 1911, yet retains the low muzzel flip, light recoil, and sizzling slide velocities of the 9mm P7's. It has a regular (lands & grooves) barrel, and has a double-stack Magazine that holds 10 rounds. This gives it a wider grip similar to the P7M13. At 2.69 lbs., it is considerably heavier than the rest of the P7's.
The P7M10 has a gas-retarded action. It is no longer in production.
